You agree to provide, upon request, any documentation required for identity verification, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID). Failure to complete identity verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is completed.
okbeth accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). okbeth does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name.

okbeth does not charge its members fees for standard deposit and withdrawal transactions. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which okbeth is not responsible.

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. All bets placed are final once confirmed by the platform. okbeth is not responsible for errors made by members in the placement of bets.
For sports betting, okbeth reserves the right to void bets or adjust odds in cases of obvious errors, data feed failures, or events where the integrity of the market cannot be assured. Settled bets will not be reopened except in cases of manifest error. In the event of a dispute, okbeth's records of bet placement and settlement shall be the primary reference.
For live casino games, outcomes are determined by the live dealer and certified RNG systems. okbeth has no control over individual game outcomes. For slot and RNG table games, all outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. Outcome records are logged and available for review in case of dispute.

All content available on the okbeth platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and databases, is the exclusive property of okbeth or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okbeth platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the okbeth platform without prior written authorization from okbeth.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbeth's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or in relation to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your okbeth account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okbeth shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages; (b) any service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss beyond okbeth's reasonable control; (c) the actions, content, or conduct of third-party game providers; or (d) any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
The okbeth platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbeth does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
okbeth reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, okbeth may withhold any balances pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., platform closure or voluntary account closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within a reasonable time frame.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and okbeth, you agree to first attempt resolution through okbeth's customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you agree that it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
